Lead Babies Slabs are a well made and painted artificial baits. The shape matches that of bait fish and the paint job on the baits are very well done. The eyes, I think help draw the fish to the Lead Babies Slabs. The design also allows you to cast them well, long distances, even in high winds. I also like the way they flutter down in the water. They look like an injured baitfish and entice the fish into thinking they have an easy meal. I choose the lures, attractants, rods, reels, electronics and boat accessories I use and represent. I will not use any products that I feel are not quality items, that I use myself and am very comfortable recommending to other anglers from beginners to pro’s.
I just finished filming a Comcast Production “Lady on the Lake Fishing and Outdoors TV Show” today, September 13, 2005, with Jimmy Smith, an excellent lake guide, on Lake Tawakoni; we caught Hybrids and magnum Sandbass all morning. The Lead Babies Slabs can be used to catch just about everything that swims. Crappie, Sandbass, Hybrid Stripers and Stripers, Blackbass, Walleye, Pike, Trout, Salmon and even the occasional Catfish and Carp. I’m sure there are some saltwater species the just love those Lead Babies Slabs also.
